No, you will not lose your progress. If your account lapses, your account will become inactive and you will lose access to our eLearning content. Once your account becomes active again, you will be able to pick up where you left off.

If you are the creator of a Skillify team account, you can get access to reports on your team's progress. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us and we'd be happy to setup a custom report for you.

Yes, you are able to manage your account online after successfully logging in. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to assist.

Is your team growing? You can upgrade your team by managing your account online. If you are looking to downgrade the size of your team, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.

You can cancel your membership online at any time.

• Locate your Active Membership and click "Cancel"

Here’s how to log in for the first time:

1. Check your inbox. Our welcome email contains a link to complete your account setup. Not seeing the email? First, check your Spam folder, then reach out to us over chat.
2. Click the link in the email. This link will ask you to choose your password for your eLearning account. Afterwards, you will automatically be logged in and have access to course content.

Team account managers are able to reassign passes to new team members.
